Sinew

Sinew is made up of waxed Dacron.

 Sinew is used to sew fabrics or leather and for applying decorative beads.

Colours (shown from left to right): Black, Natural, White 

Sinew has been used for sewing thread to make clothing and accessories. It is also made into cord to attach blades to handles and arrowheads arrow shafts. It is elastic enough that it has been used to make bow strings. Native Americans acquired their sinew from animals like deer, buffalo, moose and elk.

Sinew ( yellow)

Finding the sinew (yellow) is not very waxy. I am having to run it through some bees wax to help with sewing through leather. The natural sinew I have not opened up yet.
